HOME ORGANIZING
Home Organizing services are customizable to meet the needs of each individual client and the room(s) that need to be organized. One by One’s simple 4-R approach to organizing is used on every project. This process includes sorting, decluttering, sourcing storage solutions, and the implementation of organizing systems. We offer 3 levels of service: independent professional organizing, side-by-side organizing, and virtual organizing consulting services. We schedule in 2, 3, or 4-hour blocks per day.
HOME PROJECT PLANNING
One by One offers professional interior project consulting with a focus on Spatial Wellness™. We can consult on many aspects of a remodel, redecorating project, or a new build. Our goal with project planning is to bring organizational systems and continuity of finishes into the plans. As a Functional Organizer, Kimberly specializes in sourcing personalized systems that promote easy and simplified living. This is a consulting and sourcing service however, hands-on organizing services can be added by request.
HOME DOWNSIZING
Downsizing a lifelong collection while moving is daunting, but professional organizing support can be invaluable. One by One offers comprehensive services, including sorting, donation and sale decisions, home staging for MLS photography, and prepping for Open Houses. We also assist with unpacking and recommend organizational solutions for your new home. Partnering with One by One provides support, reduces decision paralysis, and minimizes overwhelm.
Organizing In Grief
Kimberly combines 20 years in the funeral business with her passion for Spatial Wellness™ in her service, Organizing in Grief. She offers unmatched empathy and support to clients dealing with grief from loss, divorce, unforeseen diagnosis, or other life-altering events. Kimberly helps clients navigate the overwhelm and indecision of managing material items, providing decision-making support and organizational solutions to create the emotional and physical space needed to heal.

Initial Consultation
We set up a consultation to talk about your goals and choices.
You can contact One by One via phone, text, or email.
Step 02
Customized Proposal
Kimberly will create a custom organizing proposal for you which will include the estimated number of hours to complete your project, the style of organizing, and your package price.
Step 03
Schedule Blocks
You’ll choose the dates and blocks of time that fit best with your schedule.
If requested, customized homework checklists will be sent after each organizing block with storage solutions.
Step 04
Organize
Using our simple 4-R approach and following our three easy golden rules of organizing, we will complete your organizing project leaving you with Spatial Wellness™.
Our Pricing
One by One is proud to be able to offer a personalized experience for every client. We provide different service levels at different price points, so we can cater to our customers' individual needs and preferences. Our in-home consultation allows our clients to share exactly what they want and need, and we can review the size of the room(s), the scope of organizing work and uncover the style of organizing that best meets their needs. We follow-up by creating a customized proposal based on what is shared in our consultations.

For reference, our price range for our Signature 4-hour block of side-by-side organizing, with storage solution recommendations and haul-away services: $395-$525. We ask for a 50% deposit down at booking and the remaining balance paid upon completion of your project.

One by One partners with clients to bring order to a room, space, or whole house by decluttering, and introduces storage solutions. Kimberly is a Certified Home Organizer and is trained as an expert in optimizing space and functionality in a home.

Kimberly completed the comprehensive training and dual-part Simple Solutions program through ASPO, The American Society of Professional Organizers. This program included small business management and in-home professional organizing training. Kimberly completed the program and was certified through ASPO in early 2023.

Professional organizing services are helpful in many situations. They can be used whenever the interior of your home feels overwhelming or stressful. For example: during a remodeling project, after a loss, downsizing your home, preparing for a move, when cabinets and closets are overflowing, or when children have outgrown playrooms or bedroom layouts.

This is the most common concern for clients. We are coming into your home to help you declutter it, offer solutions, and eliminate overwhelm. One by One prioritizes confidentiality and creates a judgment-free space.

One by One offers a variety of organizational services and will customize a package to meet your organizing and budget needs.

One by One clients can choose to work side-by-side with Kimberly or have her organize the space for you. We are able to customize our services to meet the individual needs and wants of each client.

One by One offers an on-site consultation to talk about the area or spaces that are in need of organizing. We offer help in any space or in any room, including garages, in your home.

Total organizing time depends on the size of the room and its contents. One by One works in 2, 3, or 4 hour blocks per day, and our personalized proposal will outline the estimated total hours needed to complete your room.

One by One offers donation drop-offs on your behalf and will also help with recycling and trash if needed. We are committed to leaving your project clear of these items.

One by One offers a maintenance visit to review the new storage solutions, make adjustments if needed, and tidy up any areas that need attention.

Yes, One by One offers guidance on room layouts and furniture placement. This is often an important step in creating a space that best fits the needs of the family and their use of the room. New furniture and storage solution recommendations can be made by request and are part of our consulting service.

Yes, One by One, LLC holds a commercial insurance policy. Our COI is available on request.
